Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Quiz Flux. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Quiz Flux.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing in, accessing, or using Quiz Flux, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Quiz Flux on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by local law, to use Quiz Flux. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Quiz Flux only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for your account and for activity that happens through it. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You agree to provide accurate account information and not impersonate another person or entity.
4. Game Rules and Fair Play
Quiz Flux is designed as a fair trivia and leaderboard experience. You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, alter device or network behavior to gain an unfair advantage, or bypass gameplay limits;
- use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, modified clients, reverse engineering, or unauthorized tools to access or affect Quiz Flux;
- submit false scores, manipulate leaderboards, farm rewards, or abuse rewarded ads;
- interfere with servers, authentication, ads, analytics, storage, or other app infrastructure;
- harass, threaten, abuse, spam, or target other users; or
- use offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading, infringing, or personally identifying usernames or profile images.
5. User Content and Public Profile Information
You may be able to choose usernames, upload profile images, and appear in leaderboards, friend lists, search results, and activity feeds. You retain ownership of content you provide, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and use that content as needed to operate and improve Quiz Flux.
We may remove or restrict usernames, profile images, reports, activity, or accounts that we believe violate these Terms, create risk, infringe rights, or harm the user experience.
Profile photos submitted through our moderated image flow, including supported sign-in-provider imports, are screened before an approved rendition is published. Usernames submitted through the new public-profile controls are checked separately. In this moderated flow, a pending, uncertain, rejected, or unavailable check does not publish a new image; your previous approved or default avatar may remain. During the Android compatibility transition, older releases can still use their previous photo flow, and not all older images have been screened. Automated decisions can be wrong. You may appeal through support, or choose different content. Do not upload sexual, exploitative, hateful, violent, harassing, infringing, or otherwise unlawful content.
6. Virtual Items, Rewards, XP, and Streaks
Quiz Flux may include XP, points, jokers, streaks, rewards, frames, achievements, rankings, and other virtual gameplay elements. These items are licensed, not sold. They have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, traded, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged outside Quiz Flux. We may adjust, revoke, reset, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items or gameplay systems when needed for security, fairness, operations, or product changes.
7. Ads and Rewarded Ads
Quiz Flux may show ads, including rewarded ads. Rewards may be granted only after the app and ad provider confirm completion. We are not responsible for third-party ad content, availability, or claims. Attempting to manipulate ad rewards or ad delivery may result in reward reversal, account restrictions, or termination.
8. Social Features and Moderation
Quiz Flux may include friend requests, friend lists, blocking, reports, profile visibility, and activity feeds. You are responsible for your interactions with other users. We may review reports and take action at our discretion, including removing content, restricting social features, or suspending accounts.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Quiz Flux if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, abused the service, or harmed other users or the integrity of gameplay. You may stop using Quiz Flux at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Account Deletion page.
10. Intellectual Property
Quiz Flux, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, game systems, and other materials, is owned by İzzet Nacar or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from Quiz Flux except as allowed by law or with written permission.
11. Third-Party Services
Quiz Flux may rely on third-party services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Google AdMob, analytics, app stores, and platform services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Updates and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Quiz Flux at any time. We do not guarantee that Quiz Flux will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
13. Disclaimers
Quiz Flux is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, İzzet Nacar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, virtual items, rankings, or account progress arising from or related to Quiz Flux or these Terms.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless İzzet Nacar from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Quiz Flux, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of Quiz Flux after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
